Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GTM planning for new product modules and partner-specific releases.

  • Set up campaign and merchant segment journeys to drive feature visibility and usage (MLCM programme)

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics (MAU, feature adoption %, cross-sell %) to measure effectiveness and ROI.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build sales enablement tools – decks, FAQs, one-pagers

  • Own and manage the GTM and Marketing checklist to ensure full readiness for go-live across internal and external teams

  • Improves control and visibility over key activation and usage metrics.

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 1–2 years in product marketing, campaign execution, or growth marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech

  • GTM Execution: Understanding of product positioning, launch planning, and multi-channel rollout strategies.

  • Campaign Management: Experience with campaign set-up and merchant segmentation for mobile or web-based products

  • Analytical Ability: Ability to track campaign metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira, ZOHO CRM, Google Analytics, Figma, and CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi); hands-on experience with campaign management tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, or WebEngage

  • Collaboration Communication: Strong interpersonal and project management skills to coordinate across product, sales, and marketing teams

  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, outcome-driven, and eager to work in a high- growth, dynamic environment
