Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful project completion.

  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues.

  • Facilitating the development process and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

  • Remove obstacles and barriers that hinder the team’s progress, promoting a high-performance work environment.

  • Maintain and update Agile project management tools and documentation, such as the product backlog.

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in project management and Agile practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations.

  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross- functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification (CSM) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
