Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:

• Brand & Marketing Visuals

• Create compelling brand and product marketing creatives aligned with Mintoak’s visual identity

• Design assets for:

• Website and landing pages

• Product marketing campaigns

• Brand initiatives and thought leadership content

Social Media & Digital Creatives

• Design social media creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and others

• Translate complex product or business narratives into clear, engaging visual stories

• Maintain consistency in tone, typography, color, and layout across channels

• Publications & Collateral

• Design presentations, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, reports, and other publications

• Support sales and partnerships with high-quality marketing collateral

• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files as required

Video & Motion

• Assist with basic video production, editing, and post-production

• Create motion graphics or short-form videos for marketing and social media (where applicable)

• Collaborate with external vendors or agencies for larger video projects

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand requirements and timelines

• Manage multiple requests while maintaining quality and brand consistency

• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate efficiently

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma

• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs across multiple formats and platforms

• Strong attention to detail and visual craft

• A solid portfolio showcasing:

• Brand and marketing work

• Social media creatives

• Publications or campaign-based design

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience as a Visual Communication Designer / Graphic Designer / Visual Designer

• Strong foundation in visual design, layout, typography, color, and composition

• Experience working on brand and marketing design (in-house or agency)

• Background in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or similar disciplines
