Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for native and hybrid mobile applications (Android/iOS).

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tool like Appium.

• Conduct API testing as part of end-to-end validation of mobile workflows.

• Contributing to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes.

• Assisting in root cause analysis and providing detailed documentation of defects and test results.

• Supporting test execution in CI/CD environments and integrating test automation into pipelines.

• Participate in critical design activities to assure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested.

• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with developers to resolve issues as and when required.

• Analysing trends of bugs and getting them fixed.

• Use multiples platforms like JIRA, Git, AWS, Jenkins, Firebase, Grafana etc.

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, product managers and other team members.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet the deadlines.

Technical Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (internship or project experience also counts)
• Knowledge on ticket tools such as JIRA.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with exposure to data warehouses.
• Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools like Metabase, Jupyter, Excel, and Google Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Be aware of product updates, ux trends and new technologies.
• Effective at quickly understanding technology and explaining it in non-technical terms.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn the business context behind the data, so you can deliver insights that are actionable.
• Clear communication skills to present findings in a simple and structured way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to workflow/orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow, knowledge of Python/R for data analysis and automation, prior experience in SaaS/ fintech/ digital product companies will be additional nice-to-have skills.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. ● MBA from the leading B-Schools preferred.
